Which tube: Regular or Menthol?
Two formulas exist. Regular has no menthol and no scent, and it is the tube sold in Australia and New Zealand. Menthol contains menthol 1.25% and has a slight peppermint scent; it is sold in the US store only. If you are ordering here, Regular is what is listed.
What is in it?
Regular: water, glycerin, carnosine, magnesium sulfate, ethoxydiglycol, phenoxyethanol, xanthan gum, caprylyl glycol, sorbic acid. A clear, pale yellow gel. Quick drying, no sticky residue. Vegan friendly; the carnosine comes from corn. No sodium bicarbonate. Nothing to ingest or inject.

How do you use it?

- Apply to clean, dry skin about 30 to 45 minutes before activity.
