Gold Card Eligibility and Increased Access to Mental Health

Recent budget announcement released two changes:

1.  First is the expansion of the NLHC (Non-liability Health Care) that includes any health condition.
2.  Second is the allowance of a Gold Card for Australian participants in the two nuclear tests conducted by the British at the end of World War II in Japan.

Legislation has already been passed in Parliament of the BNT and BCOF exposees and they can apply from July 1st 2017.
