RxD Services provides the link between highly attractive medical workplaces and medical professionals seeking new or additional opportunities to build their careers.  We operate mostly in Queensland – in Brisbane North for the South East Corner – and from Townsville for the Northern Region.

We are in contact with multiple clinics, and help you begin working relationships with them.  There is a wide variety of locations seeking medical and allied staff – we can save you legwork and waste in finding a base that is suitable for you.

In some cases we will advertise specific positions – usually we will simply ask you to initially complete a very brief background document (Registration)

The number clinics registered with us is growing daily – and our system will look to match you to your ideal clinic – and have you be an ideal fit for the clinic.  This service is free to you, with a small payment made by clinics with each successful position filled and held for 6 months.  We are motivated to ensure that only “good fits” are created – as the stress and waste of a mis-positioning are enormous.  This also makes clinics happier to register with us than with standard recruitment agencies.  We will not “push” you toward a position that is unlikely to be right for all parties.
